Bright Star Talent is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Primary Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Sutton Coldfield.
We’re looking for someone who brings more than just strong lesson delivery. The right teacher will be able to build relationships with pupils, create a classroom where children feel confident to participate and learn, and become a positive part of the wider school community.
Whether your strength is EYFS, KS1 or KS2, we’d like to hear from teachers who genuinely enjoy working in primary education and want to make an impact within their next school.
What you'll be doing
As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
*
Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
*
Supporting pupils of different abilities and adapting teaching where required.
*
Monitoring pupil progress and identifying where additional support may be needed.
*
Maintaining strong classroom routines and positive behaviour management.
*
Working closely with Teaching Assistants, SEND staff and the wider school team.
*
Building positive and professional relationships with pupils and parents.
*
Contributing to the wider life of the school where appropriate.
*
Ensuring safeguarding and pupil wellbeing remain at the heart of everyday practice.
Who we're looking for
We're keen to speak with teachers who:

Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
*
Have recent experience within a primary school setting.
*
Have a good understanding of the primary curriculum.
*
Are confident managing a classroom independently.
*
Can adapt their teaching to support different learning styles and additional needs.
*
Are reliable, professional and genuinely passionate about working with children.
*
Communicate well with pupils, colleagues and parents.
*
Are looking to become a valued part of a school rather than simply filling a timetable.
ECTs are also encouraged to apply where appropriate.
