Pertemps are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Lincoln on a temporary basis to provide additional support during the peak period.
We have both day and night shifts available, with higher rates of pay for candidates who hold valid Bendi and Counterbalance FLT licences.
What will I be doing?
Picking and moving stock throughout the warehouse
Loading and unloading goods
Preparing stock for storage or dispatch
Carrying out general warehouse duties
Supporting the wider warehouse team during the busy peak period
Operating FLT equipment where appropriately trained and licensed
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe
Following all company Health & Safety procedures
What skills and experience do I need?
Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous
Bendi and Counterbalance FLT licences are highly desirable
Candidates without FLT licences will also be considered
Reliable and able to commit to the temporary assignment
Comfortable working within a busy warehouse environment
Good attention to detail
Able to work independently and as part of a team
What hours will I be working?
There are two shift patterns available:
Day Shift
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 16:30
Night Shift
Monday to Thursday
19:45 – 05:45
What will I be paid?
Day Shift
£13.00 per hour – Warehouse Operative
£13.50 per hour – with FLT Licence
Night Shift
£13.52 per hour – Warehouse Operative
£14.00 per hour – with FLT Licence
