What You'll Be Doing
Supervising classes during teacher absence
Delivering pre-planned lesson materials
Managing classroom behaviour and promoting engagement
Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
Maintaining a positive learning environment
Providing lesson feedback to teaching staff
Building positive and professional relationships with studentsWhat We're Looking For
Experience working with young people is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence leading groups of students
Professional and resilient approach
Ability to maintain high expectations
Genuine interest in education and supporting young people
