About this job

I am currently working with a housing provider to recruit a Repairs Administrator.

This will involve working as party of the property services team and working with various stakeholders including operatives, surveyors, and other colleagues.

Duties will include;

Coordinate service visits with external contractors, ensuring all required documentation including risk assessments, method statements, inductions and insurance details are received and compliant.

Maintain and update maintenance tracking systems, dashboards and company records to ensure accurate reporting and performance management.

Support the Engineering and Facilities teams with contract administration, including monitoring service contract end dates and renewal requirements.

Manage procurement and purchase requisition activities for engineering, maintenance and facilities requirements.

Ideally you will have experience working in a similar environment, have experience with Microsoft packages and CRMs
