Social Housing and Repairs Administration Experience Needed

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known company based in the West London area who are looking for a highly skilled Administrator to join their team.

Purpose of the Job - Administrator

Coordinate and schedule gas repairs, servicing and maintenance works for engineers and contractors
Manage engineer diaries and appointments, ensuring works are booked within required timescales and service targets
Monitor daily workloads and outstanding jobs to support efficient service delivery and achievement of KPIs.
Accurately update repairs and gas management systems with appointment, job progress and completion information.
Liaise with residents, engineers, contractors and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure smooth coordination of works.
Chase outstanding jobs and appointments, escalating delays or issues to the appropriate team where required.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support effective monitoring of gas repairs and servicing.
Provide a responsive administrative service, ensuring residents and stakeholders receive timely updates regarding their works
