Change Manager
Location: South Yorkshire
Rate: £500 to £600 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract Length: 9-Month Contract with Extension Potential to 18 Months

A South Yorkshire based organisation is investing in a major ERP transformation, and we're looking for an experienced Change Manager to help make it a success.
You'll lead the change agenda, building engagement, shaping communications, and ensuring employees are ready and excited for what's ahead. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy delivering meaningful change, this is your chance to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the change management strategy for the ERP programme.
Conduct stakeholder mapping and impact assessments.
Design and deliver communication plans across multiple business functions.
Lead business readiness activities.
Work closely with the Process Architect and programme team to align change and process design.
Identify and mitigate change-related risks.
Establish and manage a network of change champions.
Support training strategy development in partnership with functional leads.
Measure adoption and readiness metrics pre- and post-go-live.
We are looking for candidates with:
Proven experience leading change within ERP or enterprise transformation programmes.
Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).
Experience working in SME environments.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Ability to influence and coach leaders at multiple levels.
Experience managing resistance and embedding behavioural change.
Desirable:
Formal Change Management certification.
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, or operational SMEs.
Exposure to high-growth or scaling organisations.Why Apply?
