Role: Warehouse Operative

Location: Bedford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00AM - 20:00PM

Salary: £12.98 an hour, weekly pay 

Temporary to Permanent opportunity available

Immediate Start + Must Drive due to location

OA are currently working with a well established client based in Bedford, currently looking to recruit for an experienced, Warehouse Operative to work alongside the team.

Duties of a Warehouse Operative:

Use a handheld scanner to pick orders from racking
Pack the orders and load onto pallets.
Read orders from the pick paperwork, with accuracy
Prepare pallets and shipments for courier collection and distribution
Follow all instructions from Supervisor / managers
Work in a safe responsible manner. Follow all H&S instructions

What we would like from you:

Previous experienced as a Warehouse Operative is essential 
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to deadlines.
Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
Previous experience with handheld scanners
