Our client, a reputable organisation in the property management sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Block Manager to join their team in the Beckenham area! Required Experience:
Proven experience as a Property Block Manager or in a similar role within property management
Block Man system experience is desirable
Experience and ability managing the full block management responsibilities in a smaller teamKey Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of residential blocks, ensuring that properties are well maintained and meet high standards
Liaise with tenants and leaseholders, addressing concerns and ensuring excellent customer service 🤝
Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded
Coordinate maintenance and repair works, collaborating with contractors and service providers to deliver timely solutions🔧
Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Prepare and attend residents' meetings, facilitating communication between stakeholders and fostering a sense of community🗣️The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong understanding of property legislation and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts💬
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
