Huntress Recruitment is working with a well-established business in Yarnton to recruit an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team.
This is a varied administrative role where you will be supporting the wider team with day-to-day office tasks, keeping information up to date and making sure everything runs smoothly.
What you will be doing:
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Processing information and keeping internal systems and databases up to date
Responding to emails and dealing with general enquiries
Preparing and maintaining documents and records
Updating spreadsheets and entering data accurately
Monitoring deadlines and making sure tasks are completed on time
Liaising with colleagues and other departments as required
Supporting the team with any other general administrationWhat we are looking for:
Previous experience in an administration or office-based role
Good attention to detail and a methodical approach
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Someone who is organised and able to manage their own workload
A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn
