Temporary Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities
This position will involve, but will not be limited to:
Populating and maintaining content within Contentful to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Reviewing existing content and identifying any gaps or areas for improvement.
Creating and updating page copy, editorial content, and other information.
Managing imagery, videos, and other digital assets to optimise online presentation.
Maintaining asset libraries and metadata for easy retrieval and consistency.
Supporting content migration and content population activities.
Conducting quality assurance checks on digital content and assets to ensure launch readiness.
Assisting teams with content updates and publishing activities.
Supporting post-launch content management and governance activities.
Temporary Marketing Coordinator Rewards
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

Good communication skills, capable of liaising with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with digital assets and multimedia files.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
