We're looking for PA to Director

Sector: Housing

📍 Location: N1

The Role at a Glance

Job Overview:
Job Role: PA to Director

Location: London N1

Duration: Initially 3 months (3 days in the office and 2 from home)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm (35 hours per week).

Payrate: £24.55 PAYE - £32.46 Umbrella

Start date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

Needs be confident in diary management, managing emails and responding to emails.
They need to be someone who is good with people and provides good customer service.
This is because they will need to speak with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. some residents and internal departments etc)

Qualification:

Ideally would have come from a housing role previously (knowledge of housing regulations etc).
Experience in diary management, managing emails and responding to emails.
Experience in MS office, Excel.

Job Scope & Career Path

This is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate and will progress as the job and development moves forward.
