Colmore Education are currently recruiting for a qualified Maths Teacher to join a mainstream secondary school in Tipton.
We are looking for a passionate and committed Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, inspire students and maintain high standards of behaviour and achievement.
The Role
As a Maths Teacher, you will be responsible for:
* Planning and delivering engaging KS3 and KS4 Maths lessons.
* Preparing students effectively for GCSE examinations.
* Differentiating lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs.
* Maintaining high expectations of behaviour and achievement.
* Building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
* Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Contributing positively to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful Maths Teacher will have:
* QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4 Maths.
* Previous experience teaching Maths within a secondary school.
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
* The ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
* A commitment to supporting students to achieve their full potential.
