Pay: £14.25-£17.00 per hour

Empowering Learning are currently recruiting for a qualified Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Bolton (BL1) on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will work across EYFS and KS1, providing high-quality classroom support alongside targeted SEND support for pupils who require additional assistance with their learning, communication, behaviour and development.

The Role:

Supporting pupils across EYFS and KS1
Providing 1:1 and small-group SEND support
Assisting with phonics, early reading and other interventions
Supporting pupils' learning, development and independence
Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive classroom environment
Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including SEND

The Ideal Candidate:

Qualified Teaching Assistant with relevant experience
Previous experience working within EYFS and/or KS1
Confident supporting pupils with SEND
Patient, proactive and nurturing in their approach
Able to build positive relationships with children and staff
