£100 Monthly Attendance Bonus
Monday to Thursday, 6:00pm - 6:00am

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor looking for a stable nights-based role with a growing manufacturing and recycling business?
We're seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a team of 4 operatives on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist recycling operation that processes UPVC windows and offcuts, transforming waste materials into reusable plastic pellets for manufacturing industries.
The Role
Supervising and supporting a team of 4 production operatives
Monitoring production output and ensuring targets are achieved
Machine monitoring, adjustment, and basic setting
Managing time and attendance
Promoting and enforcing Health & Safety standards
Reporting shift performance to the Production Manager
The Environment
The site operates a range of equipment including:
Shredding machinery
Metal separation systems
Material handling equipment
Plastic extrusion machinery
What We're Looking For
Previous supervisory, team leader, or shift leader experience is essential
Production, manufacturing, processing, or material handling background
Strong understanding of Health & Safety in a manufacturing environment
Recycling, material reclamation, plastics, or extrusion experience would be advantageous
Current or past roles include, senior operator, shift supervisor, shift team leader, production team leader, manufacturing supervisor, manufacturing team leader, production supervisor
