Shift Pattern:
Day shift: Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:15 / Friday 07:00 – 15:00
Late shift Monday to Thursday 13:45 – 21:30 / Friday 12:30 – 21:30
The Business
Our client is an established manufacturing business operating within a modern clean room production environment, with a strong focus on automation, quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Due to continued growth and investment in their manufacturing operations, they are looking to appoint a Assembly Operatives to join their production
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience.
The Role
Assemble components and finished products in line with production specifications and work instructions.
Operate and monitor assembly machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Carry out injection moulding production within a clean room environment,
Following strict hygiene, contamination-control and safety procedures.
Work with small components, ensuring accuracy, consistency and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
Load raw materials and components into machinery and production stations.
Inspect components and finished products for defects, damage or quality issues.
Complete visual quality checks to ensure products meet required standards and specifications.
Follow detailed assembly instructions, drawings and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area in accordance with clean room requirements.
Wear appropriate PPE and follow all clean room protocols and procedures.
Record production information, quality checks and any issues accurately.
Identify and report faulty components, machinery issues or quality concerns to the relevant supervisor.
Meet daily production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Work effectively as part of a team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Demonstrate flexibility across different production and assembly areas as required.
The Person
The successful candidate will ideally have experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment and be confident working around machinery and production equipment.
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced within a manufacturing or production environment
Confident following detailed procedures and production instructions
A strong problem solver with a practical, hands-on approach
Highly attentive to detail, particularly when carrying out quality checks
A good communicator who works well as part of a team
Reliable, conscientious and committed to achieving production targets
Safety-conscious with a good understanding of the importance of quality and workplace safety
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced production environment
Previous experience working within injection moulding environments or robotic manufacturing equipment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided to the right candidate.
