Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant

Gloucestershire | 2-3 days per week

We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join a busy finance team on a part-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

Processing high-volume supplier invoices
Multi-currency invoices and payments
Supplier statement reconciliations
Dealing with supplier queries
Supporting payment runs and month-end
General AP administrationAbout you:

Previous AP / Purchase Ledger experience
Multi-currency experience
Good Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience with an ERP system
NetSuite preferred, but not essential
AAT desirable but not essential
