Location: Bradford

HOURS: 37.5 hours per week

SALARY: £24,852.66 per annum
Temporary 6 months with a view to permanent

This is a great opportunity to join an NHS organisation as an administrator with the Project Management team.

The Job
To provide high-quality administrative support to this NHS service. The job will be based in Bradford but the will be meetings across West Yorks. There is also the possibility of some home working.
This project administrator role will support the project coordinators and project managers on specific project work with administrative tasks.

Responding to enquiries via phone and email, and appropriately signposting or escalating queries where required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Maintain trackers, action logs and any relevant spreadsheets to ensure deadlines and actions are monitored and escalated where required.
Work closely with project managers to coordinate relevant administrative tasks, actions and associated activities to ensure all programmes and services are coordinated effectively and run smoothly.
Engage with stakeholders to provide accurate and timely information.
Attend and support external meetings
Arranging meetings & diaries, prepare documentation, take minutes and maintain action logs, where required.You

* Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Able to set up/manage effective document management systems.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
* Ability to analyse information, formulating this into reports.
* Problem solving and respond to sudden unexpected demands.
* Organise workload with minimal supervision working to tight and changing timescales.
* Ability to plan, manage, monitor, and deliver activities to a time and agreed specification.

A DBS check is required for this role.
