Assembly Operative

Role: Assembly Operator
Location: Edenbridge, Kent
Contract Type: Full-time, Long-Term Temping (no end date)
Hourly Rate: £14ph
Hours: Monday to Friday | 8am-5pm

If you're an experienced electronic/electrical assembly professional looking to join a growing production team, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, and they are looking for someone with relevant assembly experience who can work accurately and confidently with minimal supervision.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Electronic assembly
- Assembly of components and production units
- Soldering and working with electronic components
- Quality testing and inspection
- Following assembly instructions, specifications and technical information
- Identifying and resolving assembly or quality issues
- Working as part of a wider production team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Previous experience in electronic or electrical assembly
- Experience within a manufacturing, production or engineering environment
- Good practical skills
- Ability to work accurately on small or intricate components
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Soldering experience would be advantageous
- PCB, wiring, modular or box-build assembly experience would be beneficial
