Warehouse Operative

Location: Ashford
Contract: Ongoing temporary role with the opportunity to become permanent
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, increasing to £12.82 after 12 weeks. Overtime (over 37.5 hours is paid at time and a half!)
Hours: Monday-Friday, you need to be able to work all three of the below shifts:

08:15am - 16:45pm
09:30am - 18:00pm
10:45am - 19:15pmBenefits: weekly pay, free parking, up to 28 days holiday and access to benefits hub

We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Ashford. If you enjoy hands‑on work and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Be Doing

Picking, packing and preparing customer orders ready for despatch.
Assisting with general stock control and stock rotation.
Handling goods-in and checking deliveries accurately.
Using handheld scanners to track, pick and process items.What We're Looking For

Previous warehouse experience is essential.
Must have your own safety boots.
