Carpenter – Social Housing

Location: KT Postcodes
Rate: £22 per hour
Type: Long-term ongoing
Vehicle: Van + fuel card provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a busy social housing repairs and maintenance team covering the KT postcode areas.

Duties:

* Carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance in social housing properties

* First and second-fix carpentry

* Door repairs and replacements

* Skirting, architraves and general joinery

* Kitchen and bathroom repairs

* Making good following repairs

* Working in occupied and void properties

* Completing works to a high standard and within agreed timescales

Requirements:

* Experienced Carpenter

* NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry or relevant qualification preferred

* Social housing/property maintenance experience

* Full UK driving licence

* Good customer service skills

* Able to work independently

Package:

* £22 per hour

* Van provided

* Fuel card provided

* Long-term ongoing work

* KT postcode patch

* Monday to Friday
