Location: Hunslet, Leeds, LS10 1BL
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary, 16 weeks
Sector: Property Services

Pay rate: £14 - £15 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a property services company based in Hunslet, Leeds.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist with the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Duties may include:

Providing general administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
Preparing HR-related documents and correspondence
Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
Managing HR inboxes and responding to general queries
Updating spreadsheets, trackers and personnel information
Ensuring confidential information is handled appropriately
Completing other general HR administration duties as required

Requirements:

Previous HR administration experience is essential
Strong organisation and attention to detail
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
Able to reliably commute to Hunslet, Leeds
Available to start at short notice
