POTATO FACTORY OPERATIVES – HU3

We are currently recruiting for a busy potato factory based in the HU3 area.
This is a great opportunity to join a clean, well-run factory with a good working environment, on-site parking and paid breaks.

SHIFT PATTERN:
⦁ 2 x 12-hour day shifts – 6:00am to 6:00pm
⦁ 1 day off
⦁ 2 x 12-hour night shifts – 6:00pm to 6:00am
⦁ 3 days off
⦁ Then the rotation repeats

Pay: £12.71 – £16.45 per hour, depending on the shift worked.

General duties may include:
⦁ Working on the potato production line
⦁ Packing and preparing products
⦁ Loading and unloading
⦁ Quality checking products
⦁ Feeding and monitoring production machinery
⦁ Keeping production areas clean and tidy
⦁ Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures
⦁ General factory duties as required

DAY OR NIGHT WORK

We can also consider applicants who are only available to work days or nights rather than the rotating shift pattern.
However, please note that you must be able to commit to the required shift pattern and we cannot accommodate applicants who only want to work selected individual shifts within the rotation.
We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who are comfortable working long shifts and are available to start work as soon as possible
