Contracts Manager/Hard Services Manager

Location: Stockport
Contract: Temporary until the end of November
Start date: ASAP
Rate: Negotiable, depending on experience
Working arrangement: Hybrid - Stockport-based a couple of days per week

We are looking for an immediately available Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager to support the day-to-day running of a facilities management contract in Stockport.

Key responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day running of the contract
Managing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks
Updating and maintaining the CAFM system
Managing two Assistant Facilities Managers
Ensuring all compliance requirements are met
Supporting the smooth hand-back of the contract to the client

Requirements:

Previous experience at Contract Manager or Hard Services Manager level
Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance and compliance
Experience managing facilities management teams and contracts
Ability to attend Stockport a couple of days per week
Basic DBS check
Available to start immediatelyThis is a temporary opportunity running until the end of November, with the rate negotiable based on the successful candidate's experience.
