HR Advisor / Generalist

Certain Advantage is hiring for an HR Advisor on an initial 6–12-month contract.

This role is based in Milton Keynes with onsite attendance required one day per week.

Key Responsibilities

Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, benefits, pay reviews and HR projects.
Manage employee relations cases, providing guidance to managers and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
Support payroll administration, including payroll data preparation, reconciliations, pensions, statutory leave and reporting.
Maintain HR policies, employee records and benefits administration.
Produce regular HR reports and metrics and support the HR Business Partner and wider HR team on projects. 
About You

Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
Strong employee relations and payroll administration experience.
Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
SAP HR experience is advantageous.
Strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
