What You'll Be Doing
Supporting teachers in creating a positive and engaging classroom environment.
Working with individuals and small groups to support learning and development.
Helping pupils stay focused, motivated and engaged with their learning.
Supporting children with different learning needs and abilities.
Encouraging positive behaviour and helping maintain a safe and inclusive classroom.
Building positive relationships with pupils and staff across different school settings.
