Role and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Engineering Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Coordinating engineer schedules and supporting resource planning activities
Arranging travel, accommodation and logistics for engineers and project teams
Maintaining project documentation, reports and operational records
Supporting compliance and site documentation requirements
Creating and updating spreadsheets used for operational planning and reporting
Liaising with engineers, suppliers and customers to ensure activities run smoothly
Assisting with day-to-day project and operational coordination activities
This Graduate Engineering Coordinator role offers excellent exposure to engineering operations, project delivery and service support activities.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this Graduate Engineering Coordinator role, you will need:
A degree in Business Management, Project Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related discipline
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
