As a Surveyor in Birmingham, you'll play a key role in overseeing the maintenance and day to day surveying of housing Stock in central Birmingham. Your work will ensure homes are well maintained.

Description

Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project progress and compliance.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Ensure all construction activities meet safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
Provide technical advice and support as required.
Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects stay on track.
Identify and manage risks associated with construction activities.
Ensure adherence to public sector regulations and policies.Profile

A successful Surveyor should have:

Relevant qualifications in construction or a related field.
Experience in conducting site surveys and inspections.
Strong knowledge of public sector construction regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Job Offer

Hourly rate of £34ph dependent on the level of experience
Temporary role based in Birmingham
