Humanities Teacher - Middlesbrough
We are currently recruiting for a passionate and dedicated Humanities Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Middlesbrough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to inspire students across a range of Humanities subjects, including History, Geography and Religious Education.
The Role
Deliver engaging and effective Humanities lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and report on student progress.
Support the wider school community and contribute to departmental success.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Recent UK classroom experience teaching Humanities subjects.
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Ability to provide professional references covering recent employment.
