Supply Chain Administrator 

Salary £28,000-£30,000

Full time - 40 hours per week

Temp role - with possible to extend 

Location - Stevenage 

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing operations team.
You will support the day-to-day flow of goods from suppliers to our customers. Your main tasks include tracking orders, updating inventory records, and helping resolve shipping issues.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing: Enter, track, and manage purchase orders and sales orders in the company system.

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately.

Supplier Communication: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to confirm delivery dates, order statuses, and pricing.

Logistics Support: Coordinate with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure smooth dispatch and receipt of goods.

Documentation: Maintain accurate shipping logs, invoices, and customs or compliance paperwork.

Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve delayed shipments, missing items, or billing discrepancies.
