The role will allow you to support the learning of students in schools in your community on a flexible basis designed to fit around your lifestyle, commitments and availability.
Position: Teaching Assistant

Contract: Temp, Flexible Ongoing Supply
Pay: £92.56 - £95 per day (Dependent on experience, training, qualifications, paid via PAYE - No umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)

The Role:
While working as a Teaching Assistant, you will deliver patient classroom support, supporting pupils learning . It is an exceptionally important opportunity to help shape the next generation in Doncaster.
The role is ideal for experienced teaching assistants, teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT) who are looking for flexible, temporary, ongoing work. There may also be opportunities to undertake general secondary cover across a variety of schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide patient support to pupils in a classroom environment
Maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines
Support pupils' progress and engagement
Help pupils develop their confidence through support and encouragement
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Previous Experience in a classroom or school environment
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A flexible and adaptable approach
Ability to quickly build trust with students
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain)
A passion for supporting education and training.
