ERP Programme Lead - Sage 200

We are supporting an organisation looking to appoint an experienced ERP Programme Lead for an initial 6 month assignment.
The successful individual will take ownership of an ERP programme centred around Sage 200, providing the structure, governance and leadership required to drive the programme forward and ensure successful delivery.
This is a hands-on programme leadership role requiring someone who can quickly understand the current position, establish clear priorities and coordinate activity across business, technology and third-party stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Take overall ownership of the Sage 200 ERP programme
Assess the current position and establish a clear programme plan, priorities and critical path
Lead delivery across the different ERP workstreams
Establish appropriate programme governance, reporting and controls
Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies and key decisions
Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical teams and third-party suppliers
Ensure business requirements are understood and translated into deliverable outcomes
Oversee key areas such as data, integrations, testing, cutover and business readiness
Provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Identify delivery risks or gaps and take action to bring the programme back on track where required
Drive the programme through to agreed milestones and successful implementation
Experience Required:
Strong track record delivering ERP programmes
Previous experience with Sage 200
Experience leading complex ERP implementations, migrations or transformation programmes
Strong programme planning, governance and delivery experience
Experience managing third-party ERP vendors / implementation partners
Comfortable operating across both technology and business change
Experience managing data migration, integrations, testing and cutover within an ERP environment
Strong senior stakeholder management skills
Able to operate independently and bring structure to an evolving programme
Comfortable being hands-on rather than purely operating at steering committee level
Experience within manufacturing, distribution, supply chain or another operationally complex environment would be advantageous.
The Assignment
This would suit an experienced ERP Programme Manager / ERP Programme Lead who can join at pace, understand the existing Sage 200 landscape and take ownership of driving the programme forward
