Linsco are currently looking for a Temporary Payroll Clerk to join one of our clients teams on a part-time basis.
This position will be working one day per week, ideally a Tuesday.
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day finance and administration functions of the business. The successful candidate will be organised, reliable and confident handling invoices, payroll and general administrative duties.
The Role:
Up to 8 hours per week.
One day per week, Tuesday
Temporary position.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing and paying supplier invoices.
Assisting with the weekly payroll and wages.
Maintaining accurate financial records.
Completing general administrative tasks as required.
Providing general support to the wider office team.
Requirements:
Previous experience in purchase ledger, payroll or general finance administration.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
