Towing Driver

Location: Bristol (BS10)
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Tow Driver for our client, a leading provider of mobile eco-welfare units.

This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity. The role will mainly operate Monday to Friday; however, applicants must be flexible to work five days out of seven when required.

Responsibilities

Deliver and collect mobile welfare equipment from customer sites.

Complete equipment handovers professionally with customers.

Thoroughly inspect returned units for damage or shortages.

Record inspection details accurately using a tablet.

Take photographs and obtain customer signatures wherever possible.

Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.

Help ensure vehicle servicing intervals are correctly maintained.

Use and download digital tachographs in line with current legislation.

Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.

Represent the company professionally when dealing with customers.

Complete any other reasonable duties requested by your manager.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a similar driving or delivery role.

Proven experience towing equipment or trailers.

A valid digital tachograph card.

A full UK driving licence held for at least two years.

Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

Strong attention to detail.

A polite, professional and well-mannered approach.

Flexibility to work five days out of seven when required.
