Description
Maintain and update property records and documentation accurately.
Coordinate and schedule property inspections and maintenance activities.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for the property team.
Respond to enquiries and provide information to internal and external stakeholders.
Support the property team with administrative tasks and data entry.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organisational policies.
Manage and organise files, both digital and physical, for easy access and retrieval.

A successful Asset Administrator should have:
Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the property or Not For Profit sector.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Proficiency in using office software and database systems.

Hourly rate of £14.00 to £17.00, dependent on the level of experience.
