We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Personal Assistant to provide professional, proactive and confidential support to senior leaders within a large and complex organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished PA or Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing competing priorities while building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will manage complex diaries and schedules, coordinate meetings and events, prepare agendas and briefing materials, take accurate minutes, and monitor follow-up actions. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage correspondence, maintain filing and information systems, support governance and committee activities, and produce a variety of reports, presentations, papers and communications. You will also assist with project work, research activities and the smooth day-to-day running of the executive office.

To be successful, you will have significant experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative role with responsibility for complex diary management and office coordination. You will possess excellent organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, strong IT capabilities, and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with stakeholders at all levels. Experience of preparing meeting documentation, taking minutes and handling sensitive information with discretion is essential.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable and able to work independently under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. You will have strong relationship-building skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding support service to senior leaders.

In return, you will join a supportive and collaborative organisation that values professionalism, initiative and continuous improvement, offering opportunities for professional development and career progression. This role is offering £22.72 per hour inclusive of holiday pay. This will be paid to you on a weekly basis. You will work on a hybrid basis, expected in the office three days per week. The location of this job is based in Birmingham city centre, close to various public transport routes as well as various parking areas available.
