Shift: Panama Shift – Days & Nights

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Shift Cleanroom Operator to join our growing Production team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, operating packaging machinery and ensuring products are packed to the highest quality and food safety standards.

The successful candidate will have experience operating production machinery, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining hygiene, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate and monitor Multivac and Flowrap packaging machines.

* Run and oversee multiple production lines to achieve productivity and efficiency targets.

* Complete machine set-ups and product changeovers with minimal downtime.

* Carry out quality checks and accurately record production data.

* Ensure products are packed correctly and meet customer specifications.

* Complete traceability paperwork and maintain accurate records.

* Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping throughout the factory.

* Perform cleaning duties and hygiene checks in line with company procedures.

* Report machinery faults, quality concerns, and health & safety issues promptly.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

✔ Previous experience operating Multivac, Flowrap, or similar packaging machinery.
✔ Experience working within a manufacturing or food production environment.
✔ Good understanding of quality and food safety standards.
✔ Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
✔ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
✔ Flexible approach to work and willingness to learn new skills.
✔ Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.

Desirable

* Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.

* HACCP knowledge.

* Manual handling experience.
