Handyman – Flat Roofing Project
Location: Oxford
Rate: £20-£21 per hour
Duration: On going
Frontline Construction Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Handyman to join a busy flat roofing project.
The successful candidate will be a practical, reliable operative with good all-round construction skills and ideally previous experience working on roofing or refurbishment projects.
Duties:
* General handyman and maintenance duties
* Assisting with flat roofing works
* Preparation and removal of materials
* Basic repairs and making good
* Using hand and power tools
* Moving and handling materials
* Assisting roofers and other trades on site
* Keeping the work area clean and tidy
* Following all site health & safety procedures
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Handyman / Multi-Trader
* Previous construction experience
* Flat roofing experience is highly desirable
* Competent using hand and power tools
* CSCS card preferred
* Good understanding of health & safety
* Reliable, hardworking and punctual
* Able to provide relevant references
