Pay Rate: £16.81 per hour
Overtime: £20.33 per hour
Shift Pattern: 5 days from 7
Shift: 22:00 - 06:00

Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Team Leader:
Lead and support the warehouse team during the night shift
Allocate tasks and monitor team performance
Ensure targets and deadlines are met
Maintain high standards of health and safety
Support the smooth running of warehouse operations
Assist with training and onboarding of team members
Report any issues or concerns to management
Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised and safeRequirements as Warehouse Team Leader:
Previous Team Leader or supervisory experience within a warehouse environment
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Comfortable working night shifts
Reliable and flexible approach to work
