£17.00 per hour Umbrella or £13.50 per hour PAYE

Time Construction are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Labourer on behalf of a nationally recognised fit-out contractor, working on a commercial refurbishment project based in the Deeside CH5 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking labourer looking for long-term work with a reputable contractor.

The Role

Working alongside the Site Manager and various trades on site, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
Supporting skilled trades where required
General labouring duties
Keeping the site clean, organised, and safe at all times
Moving materials and equipment around site
Maintaining health and safety standards

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Valid CSCS Card
Full PPE (Hard Hat, Hi-Vis Vest, Safety Boots)
Previous experience working on commercial construction or refurbishment projects
A strong work ethic and reliable attitude
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
08:00am - 4:30pm
