Warehouse Operative

Job Title: Warehouse Operative - General Warehouse duties as well as Parcel Sorter work - loading, unloading and sorting parcels
Location: Lutterworth
Working Hours: Various shifts available
Pay Rate: £12.71 to £13.40 p/h
Contract Type: Temp to Perm 
Experience: None required, though MHE experience would be preferable

About the Role
We are looking for Warehouse Operatives working in Sortation to join our team in Lutterworth. You don’t need previous experience – just the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset. 

What You’ll Be Doing
Sorting Parcels across both inbound and outbound departments
Loading and unloading parcels
Using hand scanners and other equipment (full training provided)
Operating pump trucks and pulling cages
Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
Working with your team to hit daily targetsYou should be:

Able to work on your feet and lift items (within safe manual handling limits)
Comfortable in a warehouse environment
A team player who communicates well
Flexible and able to follow instructions
Punctual, with a good work ethic
Able to commit to full time shifts
