Site Manager

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major construction project in Bristol.

The project is a £130m high-specification development, with the successful Site Manager responsible for managing a package valued at up to £10m. The project involves complex construction, commercial fit-out and high-quality internal works, offering the potential for several years of continued employment.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day site operations and delivery of a major package.

* Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

* Manage quality, inspections, RAMS and site documentation.

* Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and commercial team.

* Monitor progress and resolve site issues.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

* Liaise with the client and wider project team.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Site Manager on major commercial projects.

* Experience managing packages of £5m–£10m+.

* Strong commercial fit-out / high-specification construction experience.

* SMSTS – essential.

* CSCS – essential.

* First Aid – essential.

* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
