Helpdesk Administrator Required - Victoria

We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join a busy Facilities Management and Building Maintenance team based in a corporate office environment in Victoria. This is a fast-paced role, acting as the first point of contact for maintenance requests and ensuring all work orders are logged, allocated, and completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Logging reactive and planned maintenance jobs
Coordinating engineers and subcontractors
Updating CAFM/helpdesk systems accurately
Monitoring job progress and ensuring SLAs are met
Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
Producing reports and maintaining maintenance records

Requirements:

Previous helpdesk or facilities administration experience
Building maintenance, FM, or property services background preferred
Experience using CAFM systems
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
