Pertemps Swindon are recruiting for a Facilities Team Member to join our student accommodation client in Swindon, SN3.

Ongoing Temporary, potential to become Permanent
Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
£13.90 per hour
Position would suit a handyperson, caretaker or facilities member of staff
About the Facilities Team Member job 

Repair, refurbish and maintain student accommodation facilities
Complete basic maintenance and decorating duties throughout buildings 
The right Facilities Team Member candidate

Previous experience within a handyperson / facilities position
Ability to use a variety of hand tools to conduct basic maintenance work
Problem-solving, can-do attitude to work within a team
