Your Responsibilities
As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will:
Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
Step confidently into different classrooms and maintain high standards of learning
Create a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment
Follow lesson plans provided by the school and adapt where appropriate
Manage behaviour effectively and encourage pupil participation
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure a smooth school day
We're Looking For
The successful Primary Supply Teacher will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
Experience teaching within UK primary schools
Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
A proactive, adaptable and dependable approach
Excellent communication skills and the ability to settle quickly into new schools
