Warehouse Operative

We have partnered with a fantastic client in Stanford-le-Hope, who are looking for reliable individuals to support their busy operations during peak periods.

This is a hands-on role working for one of the world's largest package delivery and supply chain management companies, offering a great opportunity to gain valuable warehouse and logistics experience.

Your duties will include:

* Unloading and offloading delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.

* Sorting parcels through the conveyor belt system.

* Loading vehicles ready for next-day deliveries.

* Placing parcels into allocated bags ready for dispatch.

* Moving parcels around the warehouse using manual handling equipment where required.

* Checking parcels for damage, missing labels or incorrect information and reporting any issues.

* Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.

* Working as part of a team to ensure daily targets and deadlines are achieved.

* Assisting other departments and colleagues when required.

* Carrying out general warehouse duties as directed by the supervisor or team leader.

Shifts available:

18:00 – 22:00 | Monday – Friday

23:00 – 03:30 | Monday – Friday

04:00 – 07:30 | Tuesday – Saturday

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Due to the location, you will need to either live locally to Stanford-le-Hope or have your own reliable transport.
