Steel Fixers Required – Immediate Starts | Loughborough

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-established manufacturing company in Loughborough. We are looking for experienced Steel Fixers to start immediately on a long-term project offering a minimum of 6 months' work.

Location

Loughborough

Pay & Hours

* £23.00 per hour

* Monday to Friday

* 7:30am – 5:30pm

* 30-minute unpaid break

* Minimum 6 months' work

Job Duties

* Tying steel cages

* Steel fixing

* Reading and interpreting technical drawings

* Working safely within a busy manufacturing environment

Essential Requirements

* Valid Blue CSCS Skilled Worker Card (essential)

* Previous experience as a Steel Fixer

* Experience using steel fixing nips

* Full PPE (hard hat, high-visibility vest/jacket and safety boots)

* Ability to work effectively as part of a team

* Physically fit due to the manual handling involved

* Available work references
