Academics are recruiting experienced ALN Teaching Assistants to support schools across Newport.
We are currently working with a number of primary schools that are looking for reliable and experienced Teaching Assistants to provide high-quality support to pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).

We are looking for Teaching Assistants who have:
Previous experience supporting children with ALN/SEN
The ability to confidently support pupils on a one-to-one or small-group basis
A calm, patient and consistent approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to work effectively alongside teachers and school staff
An enhanced DBS, with Update Service registration desirable
Current Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration
Two professional references
