Are you immediately available and need work?

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our environmentally focused client near Bourton. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a production team that helps to reduce waste and give recycled materials a new purpose.

You will be responsible for:

Sorting and processing materials
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Monitoring production quality and reporting any issues
Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe
Working as part of a friendly and supportive teamTo be successful you will need to be:

Physically fit as this job will require you to lift heavy materials at times
Reliable and hardworking 
Be willing to learn new processes and operate machinery
Are able to work as part of a teamThis is an incredible opportunity to be part of team that is really supportive and can give you the opportunity to develop new skills along with doing your bit for the environment!
