The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and encourage a love of learning.
Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where every child can thrive.
Adapt your teaching to meet the needs of pupils with different abilities and learning needs.
Build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Assess and monitor pupil progress, supporting every child to reach their full potential.
What We're Looking For
We're keen to hear from Primary Teachers who have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
A genuine passion for primary education and helping children succeed.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A flexible, enthusiastic and proactive approach to teaching.
The ability to quickly build positive relationships within new school communities.
Two professional references.
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
Applications are welcomed from both ECTs and experienced Primary Teachers.
