F&B Supervisor

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for a Temporary F&B Supervisor on behalf of our client. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to join a busy food and beverage operation and lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service.

As an F&B Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, bar, and catering operations, ensuring high standards of service are maintained at all times. You will lead by example, motivate team members, assist with staff supervision, and help ensure smooth and efficient operations during service.

Whether your experience comes from restaurants, hotels, bars, events, or banqueting, this role offers the opportunity to further develop your leadership skills within a fast-paced hospitality environment. This temporary position is ideal for someone looking to gain valuable supervisory experience while working with a well-established hospitality employer.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and supporting the F&B team during service
Ensuring excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
Assisting with staff training and team development
Supporting stock control and operational procedures
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance
Handling guest queries and resolving issues professionallyThis role would suit a confident hospitality professional with previous supervisory experience and a passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage service.
